We were named Company of the Year by Inman News (the leading industry publication) and a Most Innovative Company of 2022 by Fast Company.\n\n\nAbout the Role\n\n\nThe Real Estate Team Training Facilitator ("Trainers") are at the front line of introducing Sideโs systems, offerings, and resources to our partners. As partners and associates go through onboarding, the Trainer prepares them to use their new systems. As business evolves, Trainers recommend the right resources for their changing needs. This is done at scale through recorded and live training sessions and virtual Office Hours for our user community. Additionally, this trainer will also customize and facilitate private training on the Side tech stack for strategic accounts. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Manage a calendar of events and deliver strong learning experiences for all Side partnered agents\n* Drive the awareness and adoption of the Side ecosystem and best practices at scale or 1-1 through live training sessions, virtual Office Hours, and occasional in-person training\n* Work cross-functionally to become the subject matter expert of the Side ecosystem and deliver that to agents that partner with Side\n* Identify risk opportunities through constant communication from a variety of channels, including participant feedback\n* Assist with the improvement and automation of projects to increase efficiency, accuracy and scale on all processes you touch\n* Organize all aspects of the live training events you host, including any invitations, registration pages, pre- and post- event communications, materials, and surveys needed. \n* Responsible for developing and measuring effectiveness of campaigns such as live training and onboarding processes to increase agent engagement and adoption of Side tools and resources.\n* Available to travel and deliver in-person training as needed. \n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 4+ years experience delivering strong learning experiences to customers live via Zoom and in person. \n* You have a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping people achieve their goals\n* You have a strong work ethic and the willingness to get into the weeds and educate customer about ways to achieve their goals through the utilization of Sideโs ecosystem\n* You have a constant willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done\n* You are amicable by nature and have the ability to work with others to move projects forward for the agents\n* You are an experienced communicator, complimented by a coaching and growth mindset\n* You are solution-oriented, have a can-do demeanor, with high empathy for the agent\n* Real Estate industry experience is a plus\n* You are eager to learn about the daily activities and success habits of top real estate agents across the country and the nuances of local markets in all areas we serve \n\n\n\n\n$70,000 - $90,000 a yearAll Remote: $70,000-78,000High Cost of Living Locations: $80,000-90,000 \nSide takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. This range is not inclusive of our equity package.
