This role will interact with all levels of the organization, and collaborate with the People & Places team to ensure we provide a great experience for everyone at Side.\n\n\nOur People Operations Generalist will report directly to our Manager, People Operations.\n\n\n\nWhat youโll be doing:\n* Manage the day to day administration of benefits, leaves of absence and other People programs.\n* Assist in the development and execution of People procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the People department. \n* Participate in the development of People systems and analytics; owning metrics, queries, and ongoing reports and audits for company requirements.\n* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended standard methodologies; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.\n* Serve as a pivotal point of contact for employees, researching and resolving payroll issues, benefit inquiries, employment verifications and providing general employee customer support.\n* Support People team by standardizing operational tasks in Workday HCM; own preparation and execution of Offboarding documents.\n\n\n\nWhat would make you a strong fit:\n* Minimum of 3 years experience in People Operations functions.\n* Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.\n* Start-up or mid-size company experience preferred.\n* Strong consultative approach.\n* Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.\n* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\n* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.\n* Experience using Workday HCM required.\n* PHR or SHRM-CP desired.\n\n\n\n\n\nSide is dedicated to working with the highest skilled people from the most inclusive talent pool feasible.
