Remote Office Admin Coordinator
\n我們在找一位兼職的辦公室行政人員，每週到台北辦公室兩天，每次3小時，時間彈性可自行選擇只要在上班時間內(10am-7pm)，每週保障時數6hr。\n\n工作需求及內容如下 (某些項目非常態性任務)\n\n\n* 7樓辦公室基本維護，如：門鎖壞掉要協助聯繫處理等等\n\n* 辦公室行政事務的支援，收領包裹\n\n* 同仁生日及周年的禮物管理、採買及寄送\n\n* 到職/離職同仁筆電寄送及歸還，公司筆電管理，如：協助將壞掉的筆電送往固定配合的廠家修理\n\n* 公司品牌商品(如T-shirt, 水杯等)以及辦公室物品庫存管理 (如印表機墨水、紙張、文具類等等）\n\n* (Optional) 協助公司實體活動的一些美工及製作，如尾牙佈置、bonding遊戲素材等 \n\n\n\n\n我們希望你具備：\n\n\n* 個性細心負責\n\n* 具備1-2年行政庶務相關經驗\n\n* 中上的英文讀寫能力\n\n\n\n\n若有額外需求/任務需要支援，可申請加時。\n\n*此職務為兼職性質，以時薪制，希望能長期配合(1年以上）\n\n**非正職員工，無法享有員工福利
