About the role and why itโs unique:\n\n\n* Handle day-to-day media operations, managing deliverables for internal teams and external partners.\n\n* Manage creative review process, approvals, and trafficking for video, audio and OOH media assets; coordinate with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.\n\n* Manage media tracking, budget, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.\n\n* Support finance and billing processes and handle media-related contract management.\n\n* Maintain high standards in all deliverables, including media tracking(performance, competitive, delivery, etc.), creative assets, media plans, promotions, meeting notes, and scheduling.\n\n* Work closely with the creative team, managing copy changes, relaying feedback, and driving overall project execution.\n\n\n\nWho you are:\n\n\n* 1-2 years of experience working within media agency and/or performance marketing.\n\n* Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.\n\n* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n\n* Familiarity with media planning, creative workflows, and project management tools.\n\n* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\nEven better if you have:\n\n\n* Experience working for a D2C brand.\n\n* Passion for sports and sports culture.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nOur target starting base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 plus target equity.
