You will gain an understanding of what itโs like to work at a fast-growing tech company while collaborating with a variety of team members from savvy social strategists to marketing managers, designers to PR practitioners. \n\nWeโre looking for candidates planning to graduate, or who have recently graduated, with a Bachelorโs degree or experience in Communications, Journalism or Marketing who are well-organized, able to multi-task and have knowledge/experience in digital marketing (web, social media, email), PR/comms (influencer and media relations) and content marketing, as well as a passion for live events, entertainment, and sports. \n\nHow your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats: \n\n\nContribute to team brainstorms, ideating content ideas across channels: PR, social, influencer, CRM, etc. \n\nHelp coordinate marketing & campaign launch plans, assets, and project timelines \n\nSupport influencer research, identification, mailings and post tracking \n\nResearch industry trends, competitors and consumer preferences to help the marketing team make informed decisions \n\nMaintain and organize creative assets for marketing use \n\nCreate and keep track of promo and gift card codes \n\nSubmit and track progress of design requests, collaborating with internal digital design team \n\nSweepstakes winner fulfillment and execution \n\nAssist agency partners in accessing internal processes and systems \n\nProvide support for marketing events, including promotional preparation, event set up, and attendee engagement. \n\nAssist in the creation and formatting of presentations, press releases and other brand-related materials \n\nContribute to the creation of blog articles with thoughtful, industry relevant content. \n\n\n\n\nWhat Youโll Bring: \n\n\n* A strong passion for marketing, social media, pop culture, entertainment and sports\n\n* Previous internship and Academic leadership experience\n\n* Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and collaborate with all teams\n\n* Eagerness to learn about a variety of roles and dive in head first\n\n* Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing team needs and projects\n\n* Organization skills - ability to gather, categorize and prioritize information efficiently and effectively \n\n\n\n\nInternship Details:\n\n20-40 hours a week (based on intern's availability/school schedule, etc), paid Internship ($18/hr), 16 week internship (January 2024-April 2024) with potential for extension. Flexible/hybrid work schedule. Join us in our downtown Chicago office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
