\n\nPlease submit your resume in English.\n \nTo learn more about our team and office culture in the Netherlands, visit the following links. \nCareers Page: https://www.knowbe4.com/careers/locations/utrecht\nGlassdoor: https://www.glassdoor.nl/Overzicht/Werken-bij-KnowBe4-EI_IE969384.11,18.htm\nLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/knowbe4/life/netherlands/\n\nThe Localization Quality Assurance Specialist is a key contributor in developing and maintaining quality assurance (QA) standards and working with local resources around the world, to ensure KnowBe4’s delivers accurate, relevant, high-quality translations of KnowBe4’s vast library content.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Perform review of localization work from vendors and local in-country resources to ensure accurate, high-quality, fully localized/translated content\n\n* Coordinate with vendors and local offices to make sure KnowBe4 publishers adhere to set standards\n\n* Periodic reviews of customer feedback with regard to the quality of content from users outside of the US\n\n* Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing content \n\n* Stay attune with and serves as a subject matter expert on cultural expectations of content for designated regions\n\n* Perform cultural review of content and review feedback from customers regarding cultural feedback\n\n* Contribute to continual improvement of our processes, quality and efficiency as we grow\n\n* Maintain foreign language style guides\n\n* Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement\n\n* Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Language Studies, Cultural Anthropology, International Relations, Linguistics or related field/experience (Masters preferred)\n\n* Ability to speak/read/write English and one additional language fluently; more languages a plus. \n\n* Experience with project management software\n\n* Experience with Google Suite\n\n* Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)\n\n* Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)\n\n* Experience with translations a plus\n\n* Strong verbal and written communications\n\n* Fluent in German\n\n* Excellent listening skills\n\n* Excellent time management and organization skills\n\n\n
