Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un IT Sourcer para formar parte de nuestro equipo.\n\n\n¿Que harás?\n-Colaborar con reclutadores y hiring managers a fin de entender los requisitos de cada vacante\n-Generar estrategias de búsqueda de candidatos a través de diversos canales y/o herramientas\n-Preseleccionar a los candidatos en función de su disponibilidad, nivel de ingles, rango salarial, etc.\n-Encontrar formas creativas de atraer candidatos durante las fases iniciales de contacto.\n\n\n\n\n¿Que necesitas?\n-Minimo 1 año de experiencia en tecnología (conocer de diversos perfiles, lenguajes de programación)\n-Indispensable ingles a nivel avanzado (B2/C1)\n-Experiencia previa trabajando en consultoras y/o empresas de TI \n- Experiencia previa utilizando LinkedIn / Google / Boolean search \n- Experiencia deseable utilizando ATS (Lever, bullhorn, etc)\n\n\n\n\nImportante:\nModalidad contractor\n100% remoto\nPago en USD\nAbierto a Latinoamerica\n\n\n\n\n¡Unete a nuestro equipo!\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
