The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users via phone calls, email, and chat. The IT Service Desk Agent will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide resolution or escalation as required.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone calls, email, and chat\n\n* Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner\n\n* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating as required\n\n* Record and document all requests or incidents in our Servicenow Platform\n\n* Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction\n\n* Maintain a high First Call Resolution rate\n\n* Work collaboratively with other members of the IT Service Desk team\n\n* Perform other duties as assigned\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk\Helpdesk Role\n\n* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal\n\n* Excellent problem-solving skills\n\n* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\n\n* Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory functionality\n\n* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications\n\n* Experience documenting properly all aspects of troubleshooting and resolving of issues\n\n* Familiarity with basic networking concepts\n\n* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\n* Experience with VMWare Horizon Virtual Desktops\n\n* Experience with Salesforce\n\n* ITIL Foundation certification\n\n* Experience with remote support tools\n\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\nMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
