The future of connectivity, especially for travelers, is through eSIMs. As the undisputed industry leader in the B2C segment, we are now looking to expand our presence in the retail and traditional telecom sales channels to bring the eSIM revolution to hundreds of thousands of telecom retailers globally.\nAs the Channel Sales Specialist for Turkey, you will own Airaloโs retail distribution strategy and execution to ensure Airaloโs presence across branded and unorganized travel, telecom, and general retail stores.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n* Work closely with the Channel Sales Manager, (Europe & CIS) and other team members in the department\n* Market mapping of the travel agent and telecom retail universe in key cities across Turkey and creating a distribution roadmap to achieve maximum penetration across the universe\n* Onboard and support new partners as they join the Airalo partner community\n* Build and maintain fruitful relationships with the store managers / owners to drive mutual growth\n* Drive visibility and brand awareness for Airalo at point of sale through merchandising / employee training\n* Design and manage a program to educate retailers and travel agents on eSIM adoption\n* Conduct competitive research and define the Airalo retail distribution roadmap to maintain Airaloโs status as the preferred provider across partners\n* Collaborate and work with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute projects/opportunities successfully\n* Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual OKRs for your channel with regular tracking and progress reports\n* As a core member of the Turkey squad, always explore ways and means to further consolidate Airaloโs dominance in Turkey.\n\n\n\nMust-haves:\n* 2+ years of experience in retail channel sales or business development in the travel or telecom industry\n* Good understanding of the retail (preferably the travel and/or telecom retail) channel in Turkey.\n* This is a largely relationship-driven channel.
