If you can ideate, plan, design, and code, we can offer you a flexible, adventurous and collaborative environment where you can let your imagination run free.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Be agile when it comes to both UX and UI design\n- Collaborate with the dev team to assure that the all work is feasibile in the time schedules\n- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and identify ways to utilize them\n- Create and test prototypes to demonstrate creative thinking\n- Play with and repurpose technology to discover new uses\n- Share new technology to inspire the team\n- Help ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced\n- Be a project and team leader internally and externally and facilitate client and internal products are completed efficiently\n\nWhat we’d like to see:\n\n- Small Team / Collaborative work history with design-minded (creative and technology) folk\n- Solid experience in a digital or software development organization, with a portfolio of designed and developed projects\n- Strong understanding of mobile standards & guidelines and the differences between the mobile platforms\n- Ability to hand code JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and related front-end technologies\n- Strong knowledge of responsive design, and designing progressive enhancements\n- Ability to clearly discuss and explain your solutions with both technical and non-technical team members\n- Strong presentation and written skills, with the ability to share work directly with clients\n- A passion for learning new things \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
