\nThe chief software architect is a member of Lutron's leadership team and has primary responsibility for ensuring that Lutron's software is well engineered, operable, maintainable, aligns to product strategy/vision and provides the anticipated business value. This role requires active and effective collaboration with the CEO, operations personnel, customers, prospects, and partners in achieving Lutron's business and technical objectives.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Ensure all software is engineered, operable, maintainable, and aligns to product strategy/vision and provides anticipated value and is developed in a cost efficient manner\n\n* Lead, direct and grow Lutron's software development team\n\n* Develop and implement software engineering hiring and professional development plans\n\n* Work with senior leadership to define and manage Lutron's software roadmap\n\n* Collaborate with engineering and ensure efficient release of all product releases and scale and recommend modifications and improvements to all products and services through regular analysis\n\n* Supervise and provide training to all junior engineers in organization for various software systems\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
