Remote Software Engineer
About The Role\nWe are looking for a motivated, highly enthusiastic, technical Backend engineer to join our Experience team. We are responsible for building most critical, high impact and scalable platforms. We interact with various Back End service and provide a seamless and best purchase experience for our buyers. Our engineers are empowered to take ownership of technology decisions and solutions while playing a pivotal role in establishing a successful engineering culture at our fast-growing company. \n \nLooking for a software engineer who is eager to learn, felixaeble and is a great team player.\n \nOur technical stack comprises various systems and services built on Amazon Web Services. We use GraphQL, GoLang, NodeJS, CircleCI, Kubernetes, Harness, Terraform, LaunchDarkly and Datadog. \n \nWhat youโll do:\n\n\n* Work with product owners, internal stakeholders, PMs and EMs to understand requirements and propose a resilient technical solution.\n\n* Experience with microservice system architecture and design patterns.\n\n* Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to build scalable services\n\n* Able to implement, test, deploy and monitor applications and services. \n\n* Propose and adopt best engineering excellence practices. \n\n* Contributes to team planning and design discussions. Assists with story estimation.\n\n* Demonstrate complete ownership for your area of work. Participate in supporting your systems and services through any system upgrades, live site issues and others. \n\n* Provide timely communication to stakeholders and users for resolving issues. \n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\n* 3 - 6 years of relevant development experience. \n\n* Expert in Java programming language and in-depth understanding of various Data Structure and Algorithms.\n\n* Experience with data storage technologies, both relational and NoSQL.\n\n* Experience with cloud platforms - Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform. \n\n* Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. \n\n* Take responsibility for the performance of domain , participating in on-call rotations, monitoring production systems, debugging issues as they come up, and responding with a sense of urgency. \n\n* Strong experience with working in an Agile environment. \n\n* Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field required\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
