The Solutions Architects will work with teams throughout the pre-sales process as they evaluate Flashpoint products and services against their requirements. Your work will be focused on articulating the value that Flashpoint intelligence products deliver across CTI, Fraud, and Physical teams and their associated use cases. You will engage with clients as their peer, leveraging your expertise in the intelligence and / or security space to build trust and rapport.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nYou will work closely with our broader Sales team to ensure that you exceed prospective client expectations. Your role will be focused on producing technical intelligence findings that are aligned to client requirements. You will be delivering highly relevant, timely, and actionable intelligence to our clients. These findings will be used to quantify potential ROI and in securing the technical value proposition. You will work with the Flashpoint Product team to provide feedback / develop new use cases / enhance our current products. Ultimately, your role is one of a trusted technical advisor sharing how Flashpoint solutions can be leveraged to protect against cyber risk, losses, and brand tarnishing. \n\nWhat you will bring:\n\n\n5-8 years industry experience in security and / or intelligence\n\nExperience as a former cyber security practitioner or prior work in security space\n\nBackground in Networking/IT/Systems Administration/Security Administration\n\nStrong written and visual / presentation skills\n\nStrong skills in both communication and conversation\n\nFamiliarity with intelligence analysis tools, such as Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), SIEMs, Orchestration (SOAR), Vulnerability Management, Analysis (e.g., Maltego)\n\nPrior experience in a technical, client-facing role (pre- or post- sales) for an enterprise security product or service provider\n\n\n\n\nWhat else would be great:\n\n\nIntelligence experience, either public sector or commercial Intelligence work\n\nExperience using CRMs\n\nBackground as an incident handler and/or forensic analyst, malware analyst, threat analyst, SOC analyst, or fraud analyst\n\nTechnical certifications such as Security+, GIAC, OSCP\n\nPrior experience as a consumer or producer of intelligence products & services\n\nFamiliarity with current trends in cybercrime and fraud\n\nFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Python and development against APIs\n\n\n\nWhy Flashpoint is a Great Place to Work:\n\n\nDiversity.
