\n\nMedical Sales Representative\nBased in the areas of Omaha-Lincoln-Grand Island, Nebraska (Remote)\n\nThe role\n\nIn this role, youโ€™ll report directly to the SVP of Partnerships and will own significant responsibility from day one. Hitting the ground running for us means having an idea of how youโ€™ll best contribute early and demonstrating follow-up and discipline to achieve goals.\n\nAs a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth. Youโ€™ll do this by executing growth programs, driving toward deliverables, and ensuring successful partnerships to optimize the revenue funnel. Your ability to drive awareness, powerfully convey our value proposition, and build and foster long-lasting relationships with partners is critical. Educating our new and existing referral partners fosters strong partnership and will be paramount for AnswersNowโ€™s future growth. This role is highly collaborative and requires constant coordination and communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\n\n* Actively grow and manage an outside sales territory with consistent field activity to generate referrals from current and new partners\n\n* Prospect potential partners and B2B accounts daily to target and generate a pipeline of referral leads and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities - this includes in-person visits to potential partners, identify key contacts, and navigate past gatekeepers\n\n* Conduct weekly in-service presentations within medical practices to educate and promote AnswersNow to all levels of staff\n\n* Own a portfolio of key partners. Job Description

The Study Director reports to the VP of Lithium Development Projects and is responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and task assigning and self-performance of project activities assuring that the overall project study requirements are met in accordance with the Albemarle project study framework.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate a project study deliverables plan
  • Assign required internal and external resources to the study plan
  • Management of project resources through the study cycle, coordination and administration, utilizing the Albemarle standards specific to the phase of the project
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track progress to plan and provide accurate progress updates to Albemarle Management, in specific earnt value of work completed and forecasted, forecasted future financial outflows for financial year planning
  • Compile regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) progress reports and portfolio updates as may be required by the Albemarle project management office and finance department
  • Set in place the formulation of the key building blocks of a project study in accordance with the specific study phase criteria contained in the Albemarle APP to support an investment case.
The key items specifically of focus for the study manager to assemble, coordinate or create include:
  • The Opportunity/Problem Statement
  • The alternatives considered to produce an investment case
  • The technical solutions or technologies available in support of the proposed alternatives
  • Business risk assessment of the alternatives and project scope
  • Defining the ultimate project scope
  • Project Approval approach
  • Project execution strategy and plan
  • Project time and cost estimates
  • Project risk assessments for each phase, and outcomes ranging, and
  • Financial modeling and investment case compilation
  • Coordinate the study outputs and document in the format of a study report and recommendations,
  • Manage the process of internal and external reviews of the project study report, project peer reviews and risk reviews
  • Provide project leadership to deliver sustainable outcomes whilst achieving project delivery on โ€œtimeโ€ on โ€œbudgetโ€ on โ€œscopeโ€
  • Ensure conformance with the Albemarle Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;

Internship Overview


The Home Depot's Summer Internship program offers college students an opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain hands on experience in a corporate environment. During an 11 - week period from May 15 - July 28, 2023, interns will be assigned to a functional team such as Supply Chain, Marketing, e-commerce, Technology, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Outside Sales & Services, Human Resources, etc. Interns will learn more about our retail business and our corporate offices while having the opportunity to work on a pre-assigned project that impacts the function they are supporting. Data Science Intern Description


The Data Science Intern Program offers talented college students the opportunity to develop their advanced data science skills while supporting the Company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

As PK-PD data programmer you manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis, such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), typically based on CDISC ADaM / SDTM datasets. You interact directly with the client on topics around data transfers, dataset specifications and data queries. You conduct exploratory analyses in support of these activities. Following completion of the project deliverables, you will create an electronic submission package for future submission to regulatory agencies. In addition, you will conduct quality control and quality assurance activities on datasets and reports, and may participate in company initiatives to improve efficiency of data management, analysis and reporting (IT, methodology, automation, quality).

As PK-PD data programmer you will work closely in teams with other associates, (experts) modelers and drug development consultants supporting a wide variety of client projects (therapeutic areas, data types

Qualifications
  • BSc, MSc or equivalent in Pharmaceutical- or Life Sciences, Statistics/Mathematics/Bio-Informatics, or related fields with 1- 5 yearsโ€™ experience in data management and analysis, report writing, and regulatory drug submissions.
  • Advanced user of SAS software (SAS9-Base) with proven experience in life sciences and clinical trials. Familiar in working with CDISC data formats. Experience with the R software platform is a plus.
  • General knowledge of clinical drug development and demonstrated knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacology.
  • Proficiency in conducting basic statistical analysis.
  • Accuracy and sense of urgency and quality, timely delivery.
  • Ability to work on multiple collaborative projects, team player mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

Our Pharmacometricians are responsible for providing expertise into clinical development plans, including the design, conduct, and interpretation of relevant clinical pharmacology and PK/PD studies. Responsibilities


  • Deepen their strategic drug development expertise and their experience informing drug development decisions.
  • Perfect their pharmacometric techniques with fit-for-purpose modeling approaches such as population PK and PK/PD modeling, target-mediated drug disposition TMDD) models, dose- and exposure-response analyses.
  • Broaden their drug development expertise by working with a myriad of companies, molecular modalities, and therapeutic areas.
  • Develop their consulting career path by recognizing and seeking opportunities that match their ambition and personal interests.
  • Support projects for Certaraโ€™s clients by working in teams with other Associates, senior expert modelers, and drug development consultants.
  • Hands on pharmacometric modeling on client projects as a billable consultant.
  • Continuing education on advanced modeling and simulation approaches, with an emphasis on methods appropriate for small molecules and/or complex biologics, (bispecific biologics, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies, and immuno-oncology therapies).

Qualifications


  • MSc, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.
  • Solid experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline in a project team setting is preferred, whether in academia or industry.
  • Expertise in PK/PD modeling with strong quantitative skills applied to develop models with nonlinear behavior, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic components relating to mechanism of action and tailored to meet specific drug-development questions.
  • Proficiency in software used for modeling analyses (e.g. Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, Adapt, Monolix) and performs dataset construction (e.g. R, SAS).
  • Independent performance of analysis and modeling and development of reports with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English. Certara is a global company, and additional languages are of benefit.
