\nYou are a passionate and knowledgeable front end developer. You  have several years of experience crafting professional, modern looking, user-friendly websites.  You have a good eye for design and put users at the centre of everything you do. You have hands-on experience in complex UI, complicated workflows, data-heavy websites (we deal with financial data and probabilities). You have initiative and excellent problem solving skills. You can research solutions and implement them quickly and robustly. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a good listener, friendly, approachable and open-minded.
