If we believe there is a good fit based on that initial application, you'll jump into the next stage.\n* Phase 2: Test โ Weโll send you a test to complete (2-5 hours) to evaluate your skills and learn more about your coding and design style.\n* Phase 3: Interviews โ Youโll be having a first call with one of our developers to go through your test.
