  • This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle).   • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with the company for Health Coaching (50% inbound/50% outbound)
  • Encouraging employees to maintain healthy habits such as proper diet, tobacco reduction, proper exercise, etc.
  • Work towards: Smoking cessation, managing diabetes, lower blood pressure, losing weight, etc
  • Health coaches help employees reach their health and wellness goals
  • Members get points toward their accounts during this program (for reaching certain milestones/completing tasks) and can redeem these points for prizes that are available from the company they work with.
  • Qualifications:*
  • *Must have a bachelorโ€™s degree in
  • Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Health Science, Food & Nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, etc.

Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of projects including strategic analysis to support Lucidโ€™s KPIs, financial modeling, variance reporting, and ad hoc assignments. You will also be responsible for working on initiatives to improve existing FP&A processes, including automation, documentation, and streamlining of deliverables to align with best practices. Responsibilities
  • Drive improvement of financial reporting and forecasting processes in coordination with Finance team members, Accounting team, and other departments

  • Communicate financial and accounting information and trends to the management team to ensure that real-time business decisions can be made based on sound financial data
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A REGULATORY ANALYST:
  • You will become an expert on the company's data platform.
  • Create regulatory reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and other applicable stakeholders to deliver timely reporting that satisfies requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • A minimum of 1 year (professional, co-op and/or intern) of analytics experience, preferably in highly regulated field.
  • You have experience with SQL and tableau. Additional programming language experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing. Model building experience is a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are detail-oriented.
  • You have a BS in Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Internship Focus Area:

About you

Some are trying to help you fall asleep (like Calm) and others measure every physiological asepct your sleep (like Fitbit, Whoop, & Oura). While those businesses have executed very well theyโ€™re relevant for maybe ~15% of the population.\n\nWeโ€™ve always believed thereโ€™s a significantly larger opportunity for impact by focusing on what the vast majority of us want: more energy. We all want more energy. Just last year, consumers spent a trillion dollars on caffeine alone. A trillion dollars on a drug that gives us a short-high. We believe people want real energy.
