You care about the well-being of others and yourself.\n\nYou will: \n\n\n* Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with the Company's objectives and financial goals.\n\n* Manage the entire lifecycle of procurement and sourcing.\n\n* Collaborate with senior management to determine procurement priorities and budget allocation.\n\n* Oversee LivePerson’s vendor management function.\n\n* Establish clear procurement policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.\n\n* Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and value analysis initiatives.\n\n* Implement cost management strategies to control expenses and improve overall procurement efficiency.\n\n* Monitor and enforce compliance with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability guidelines.\n\n* Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize procurement processes.\n\n* Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function, encouraging innovation and efficiency gains.\n\n* Manage strategic sourcing team and budget. Identify department KPIs and measure and monitor performance against them.\n\n* Provide leadership on best-practice procurement strategies and practices during periods of company growth & scaling.\n\n* Develop, train, coach, and mentor the strategic sourcing professionals on the team.\n\n\n\n\nYou have:\n\n\n* 5+ years of related experience\n\n* A minimum of 3 years of strategic management experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership position at a multi-national SaaS company.\n\n* Proven leadership experience with a deep understanding of best-in-class procurement business practices.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to use technology and new solutions to efficiently scale the procurement function in a high-growth company.\n\n* Strong business acumen and ability to analyze how economic trends will impact business.\n\n* Strong project management skills, demonstrated "hands-on" leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving larger organizational goals.\n\n* Experience driving year-over-year cost savings across multiple spend categories, developing KPIs and actionable solutions.\n\n* The ability to influence and problem-solve.  You can drive consensus across stakeholders and can demonstrate business partnering effectiveness.\n\n* Accountable and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and limited information.\n\n* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits: \n\nThe salary range for this role will be between $[100,000 ] to $[125,000]. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications.
