The Seagram’s team manages a brand portfolio across the flavored malt beverage segment. The Seagram’s Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will support the Brand Manager with the development and execution of national & local marketing campaigns along with sales strategies and tactics designed to grow brand health and awareness, market share, volume and profitability across markets. In order to support this work, the ABM will use internal and external data to support the development of fact-based selling stories, exciting promotional campaigns and thematic programming. The ABM will work to ensure all activities align with brand standards and legal guidelines. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Support 360 activity planning through the development, implementation, and evaluation of programming in collaboration with other functions
Oversee the development of localized brand activations in collaboration with sales regions / districts / chain account managers
Liaison and brief Trade Marketing, PR, Social Media and Innovation teams regarding relevant brand projects
Work closely with Trade Marketing, PR, Social Media and Innovation teams on the development, implementation, and evaluation of activation plans
Support the execution of multi-media strategies and programs, while managing external agencies

Contribute to the development of annual brand plans and lead relevant parts of it

About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Work closely with facilities, on their National Quality Workplan to ensure progress toward goals to achieve National Quality Designation and national quality exemplar performance metrics and reputation.
Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the tactics, tools and leading practices that support the advancement of the LifePoint National Quality Program evaluating current state and vet potential tools and tactics that contribute to effective communication in building strong cultures for unit and facility wide levels.

Role Overview

About the role

Ensure marketing excellence in developing and managing all activity within agreed timelines and budgets, and with correct QA and review processes applied
Budget management, including identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise or reduce the cost of allocated activity.
Work closely with key stakeholders, including Member Services, Product, Member Health and IT, to develop and generate marketing activity that will help achieve desired member and business outcomes
Manage the relationship with external suppliers and vendors, including ensuring SLA’s and testing is completed within agreed timelines
About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications
8-10 years’ experience in a data driven marketing role in medium to large organisations - business and/or government and /or not-for-profit sector.
Strong grasp of current lifecycle marketing strategies and in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven track record of delivering against key metrics and in developing test and learn frameworks, across multiple channels, especially email, direct mail and SMS
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism
Have strong senior stakeholder experience in a large corporate environment - and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders confidently and effectively
Experience in working with internal and external vendors in planning and delivery of activity
Has a strong commercial focus with high standards of work to ensure efficiency, accuracy and within budget.

Exposure and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation systems
