Own customer disputes and issues, proactively manage issue to resolution within established service level agreements (SLA). Manage communication flow between customers and Covetrus, facilitating information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Service Operations, Pricing, Fulfillment, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Tax Departments) to deliver an elevated customer experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and resolve challenges. Support the standardization of policies and procedures, providing suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives. Build product knowledge by attending vendor training and support team mates to strengthen customer support and drive sales. Participate in internal trainings and webinars to learn and share knowledge of company products and technical solutions to serve the veterinary industry landscape. Update customer profiles regularly using Covetrus Salesforce CRM and ERP systems. Document customer interactions using case management process in Salesforce CRM. Provide day-to-day operational support to exceed customer expectations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities at this time QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree or coursework in Marketing, Animal Science, Business, or Administration or similar field preferred. One to two years customer service experience or related roles. Veterinary clinic experience strongly preferred. Practice Management experience highly desired. COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products required. Order entry/maintenance experience with AS/400 (iSeries) preferred. Salesforce CRM experience desired Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and sales partners. Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively communicate cross functionally to ensure the success of the client relationship. Collaborate with L&P branches, Logistics offices and European service providers to execute shipments as required.
Develop an understanding and maintain documentation of L&P Branches / Suppliers and customers needs for shipping intra Europe and Internationally, including road freight, ocean freight, air freight, consolidation and deconsolidation needs and develop SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) to ensure that such needs are met.
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with internal branchโs key personnel involved in or directly relevant to Logistics activities.
Monitor performance of key external service providers. Communicate to management service failures and help develop action plans to correct for future shipments. Monitor implementation of process improvements.
Identify, evaluate & implement opportunities to leverage L&P volumes with current service providers utilizing multiple business units.
Coordinate project analysis, bids, etc. for existing business units with existing or potential service providers.
Assist with new service provider set ups through SOPโs and required service provider documents.
Collaborate with Business unit Purchasing & Sales departments and Logistics offices as necessary to meet customer requirements
Develop & Incorporate KPIโs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement with freight forwarders, ocean carriers against benchmarks and service agreements to improve support for our business units. Report findings along with suggested improvement solutions on a quarterly basis.
Provide feedback updates regarding market details for air, ocean and intra Europe trucking to management & Business Units.
Work with Logistics systems, Accounting & other Logistics offices to ensure visibility & financial data integrity of shipments.
Report cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities to management.
To be successful in this role, youโll need:
Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education and training
5+ yearsโ experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including 2+ years in a management role
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience with Microsoft Suite applications.

Maintain pre-established processes, tools, and strategies for the development, organization, and execution of projects as well as team design archives.

What Youโll Bring to the Role:
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent professional experience required.
3+ years professional experience designing in Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, preferably within the field of education.
Proficiency, awareness, and/or interest in working with the Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Figma or Sketch, and Canva
A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously

Role Overview
First and foremost, we're looking for someone who wants to take an early stage company to greatness. As an Executive Director of Growth at Janus you will build and execute the overall sales approach to our Health System customers to drive revenue for our business. By building consultative relationships with our prospects and current customers you will help further our mission of empowering health systems and its operational workforce to achieve more and reduce the cost of care nationwide.
As an Executive Director you will be responsible for identification and education of prospects, convey Janus' value proposition, and help prospects understand the overall value of our end-to-end platform.
Other responsibilities include:
Generate revenue for Janus by owning the entire prospect sales funnel - identification, design, and closure of deals
Prospect for potential new Health System Customers
Leverage Janus' consultative selling approach
Research and understand each prospect environment and strategic initiatives to best align Janus' solutions
Attend industry events and network with potential customers
Partner with sales operations to quickly respond to customer needs and develop proposal and contracts
Partner with Marketing and Product to relay market feedback relative to our capabilities and messaging
Meet and exceed sales quotas

Requirements
We are seeking consultative selling resources with at least 10-15+ years of experience.
Required experience in technology, enterprise healthcare technology solutions, SaaS, or Healthcare Consulting.
Experience selling complex software to Health Systems.
Proven track record of managing sales funnel stages and driving top-line revenue.
Experience selling to C-Suite executive and revenue cycle VP/CRO/Director levels.
Entrepreneurial, Data-driven, Problem Solver. Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills.
Work collaboratively with Growth, Marketing, Product and Customer teams.
Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player.
Outstanding organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills; demonstrated experience in communicating value to customers.

We are seeking a full-time employee who can help us research, collect and analyze new datasets via hand collection, scraping, or other methods.
The ideal candidate can analyze and make recommendations or draw conclusions from those datasets. It is a benefit to have existing expertise on U.S. insurance products, but this position does not require it.
Once hired, you will be required to learn and understand products in order to collect appropriate data.
