Strategize, execute, and manage a portfolio of client-paid social ad campaigns
Develop marketing strategies and create clear plans to achieve client business goals.
Design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.
Serve as a leader in the company by clearly communicating strategy, performance, and campaign recommendations externally and internally
Delegate efficiently and productively to junior team members in order to ensure client deliverables and performance targets are being adhered to
A seasoned understanding of performance digital marketing metrics for our clients with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement and justify campaign decisions to clients and internal JUICE stakeholders.
Have the ability to self-conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness.

What youโll need to succeed:
3+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience, building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
3+ years managing paid social media advertising clients
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to be proactive.
Ability to think critically.

What You'll Do:
Participate in the creation and production of the enterprise business reporting tools used to drive business results and achieve goals
Gathering, filtering, structuring and cleaning data from multiple sources
Creation of enterprise business reports to monitor, evaluate and forecast results
Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends in data sets using statistical techniques
Translation of data insights and trends into easily-consumable reports and data visualizations
Developing, maintaining and enhancing data and tools/systems for data collection and manipulation
Identifying process improvement opportunities
Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, developments, technologies and best practices
What You'll Need:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Data/Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management etc.)
2-3 years of successful Business/Data Analyst experience
Strong knowledge of tools such as PowerBi (preferred), Tableau, Excel, Business Objects, etc.
Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, interpretation and use of relevant tools (Excel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.) and programming preferred
Successful experience presenting to and interacting with executive-level leaders
Skilled in the complexities, technical issues and best practices associated with working with collecting, analyzing and reporting data
Skilled in working with large data sets and producing insightful analytical results
Experienced in the use of tools used in the collection, segmentation, analysis and effective presentation of data
Experienced in the successful application of statistical techniques and reporting methodologies
Experience with cloud platform providers (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver accuracy
Demonstrated ability to extract and tell the story present in data sets in a simple and compelling manner
Self-motivated and directed with ability to exercise independent judgement and take action
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must be adaptable to change in a fast-paced, growing organization
Excellent time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines
