Whether it is a bug fix, perf improvement, or a new feature, you realize that every line of code is an opportunity to make a userโs experience better.\n\n**OUR ENGINEERING TEAM RIGHT NOW**\n\nWe are currently a team of 7 engineers. Our roles are divided based on the projects we work on.\n\nWe work in 4-week long development cycles in which we focus on adding new features, fixing bugs, or making improvements. After each cycle, we have a 2-week cool-off which we use to work on anything we would like to as well as plan for the next cycle.\n\nOur frontend stack is currently:\n\n- Languages: Mostly TypeScript, with some ES6\n- Frameworks: React, Redux, Redux Sagas\n- Tooling: ESLint, Jest, Prettier, Storybook\n\nAnd the rest of our stack is currently:\n\n- Backend: Java 8 with modern practices\n- Cloud: A mix of AWS and Google Cloud\n- Database: PostgreSQL\n- Internal: GitLab for CI/CD and issue tracking\n\n**PROJECTS YOU WILL WORK ON**\n\nYou will be working on our core applicationโs frontend. The application is a React/Redux application written in TypeScript with modern best practices.\n\nThis is a high-impact role. We are looking for someone to take real ownership of one or two core features within the first year. You will own some extremely important parts of our application that serve thousands of customers. \n\nWe prioritize our projects based on what customers are requesting the most. \nAs an Automation Software Engineer on the Salesforce Mobile team, you will work with a team of smart engineers to design and own the cross-team automation and quality strategy. You will be involved in writing and reviewing code, giving suggestions around improving quality of the products that are shipped.
