If youโ€™re looking for a chance to mold a new product and have a big impact - this is it!\n\n\nAbout the role\nThis Senior Product Designer plays a key role in designing experiences for our Super+ members. Super+ is our membership program that helps our customers earn cash, save when they spend, and get rewarded on everyday purchases.Youโ€™ll be part of the Product Design team, which works across multiple Super+ product verticals. You will work closely with your cross-functional partners to define your teamโ€™s quarterly strategy, leveraging your experience in leading human-centered design processes to articulate customer-focused business opportunities. Independently, and in partnership with data and research partners, you will leverage data and user insights to deeply understand user needs, then directly apply those insights to designs that deliver clear and measurable value, both to our customers and to the business. You will craft functional, delightful, and impactful end-to-end experiences that span mobile and desktop. You are an adaptable member of the larger product team, both able to identify and integrate new information as well as contribute to and anticipate product and business decisions. The Challenge

  • The candidate will be primarily responsible for owning the user experience for our highly technical product for decentralized finance Liquidity Providers and creating the workflows for the automation smart contracts that we are launching Q2 of 2022.

Your Profile

  • โ€‹Bachelorโ€™s / Masterโ€™s studies in the field of design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field of studies

  • Expertise in creating services and applications across mobile and web
