While we take our work seriously, lots of laughing can be expected too. โบ\n\n\n\n**What does the right person look like?**\n\nYouโll have prior working experience in UI for products (webapps / mobile apps), as well as the need to be constantly learning and growing. Any basic knowledge of business and / or programming is valuable, and weโre keen to find someone with experience in startups, as well as is familiar with lean & agile working methodologies.\n\nYouโll be responsible, proactive, innovative, eager to learn, and meticulous. A good sense of humour is a must. And if youโre the type to bring tasty treats to share, we welcome you with open arms!\n\n\n\n**What skills and traits are we looking for?**\n\n- A strong background of at least 2 years in UI design\n\n- A thorough understanding of how to design intuitive digital experiences for websites, web apps, mobile apps (site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces and navigation).\n\n- Knows how to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off\n\n- Must have the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, but appreciate constructive feedback\n\n- Experienced in how to build an awesome product.\nStart-up minded\n\n- Experienced working with lean and agile methodologies, as well as the ability to adapt to various processes (weโre constantly trying to improve our processes and are open to change, so youโd have to be too!)\n\n- The ability to work on and lead multiple projects, and also to work closely with the team, clients and contractors\n\n- Possesses great presentation and communication skills\n\n- Takes initiative, and is a self-starter\n\n- An awesome attitude + no ego + team-player (no lone wolves)\n\n- Constantly learning and sharing knowledge + seeks out & appreciates feedback\n\n- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Balsamiq, Invision, etc.\n\n*Interested?
