You will own the end-to-end community funnel, lead optimization for this funnel, and implement tactics to energize our audiences. The ideal candidate for this role is a Master of Memes and Vibes, and is not only comfortable online, but fully immersed as part of the Web3 community. This role will partner with Product, BD, and Marketing to help shape the Ceramic community. \n\n\nYou will be responsible for both broadening and deepening the reach of Ceramic’s community presence. You will evangelize the community, know how to get people excited for our vision of Web3 and the Dataverse, and then understand how to actionably leverage that enthusiasm to help us continue to build and scale.\n\n\n\nSuccess looks like…\n* Within your first 12 months, grow the Ceramic community from a passionate band of early believers into a 100k+ strong group of activated members across X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, our forums, and other mediums.\n* Act as a public facing advocate and evangelist of Ceramic and the greater data ecosystem. With a penchant for creating memorable content and an affinity for public speaking while spreading good vibes, you’ll create growth and engagement initiatives to entertain and educate the masses (such as by interacting with online communities, hosting X/Twitter spaces and holding community events and competitions).\n* Understand the funnel and end-to-end lifecycle of a community member, and create a strategy to increase engagement and retention.
