Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting warm and hot leads to schedule appointments for our air duct cleaning services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are responsible, accountable, and eager to learn about our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting warm and hot leads via phone or email to schedule appointments for air duct cleaning services.
  • Engaging leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them about the benefits of our services.
  • Building rapport with potential clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the scheduling process.
  • Following up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously learning about our services, industry trends, and best practices to enhance performance and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English level, spoken and written
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn about the air duct cleaning industry and our company's services.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM preferred but not mandatory

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a full-time Engineering Manager to join our core Product & Engineering Team who has significant experience building, managing, and monitoring backend services at scale. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a medium-sized, talented team where you're supported in your efforts to grow professionally. You are able to manage your time well, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a fully distributed team.

Reporting to the Director of Backend Engineering, you will lead a small team of Python engineers, helping them solve technical challenges, project planning and providing other support as needed to help them build our backedn services. Your team will split its time working on a combination of (a) general backend projects to improve our product, and (b) specific focus areas assigned to your team.


Areas of focus...

  • Data storage systems including traditional SQL and NoSQL databases as well as advanced indexing/searching technologies (Mongo, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence systems (custom implementations using Elasticsearch plugins, SQL window functions and other analytical techniques)

About You

We're looking for an experienced full-time (or part-time) Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team. Someone who has a solid understanding of web technologies and wants to help design, implement, and launch major user-facing features.
