We are an international team working remotely. You can work from anywhere and are looking to fill this role with candidates from both the European and the US time zones.
Role Responsibilities
Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle: from qualifying leads and discovery to closing deals
Match client retreat needs with the ideal venues from our extensive database
Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospects
Liaise with venues to negotiate quotes and terms
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of entrepreneurial experience
2+ years of closing experience, either for your own company or in a sales role
Direct professional experience with hotels and vacation rentals
Exceptional written and spoken English
Ability to work European or East Coast US business hours
Although full-time, this is a contractor position, so you must be able to invoice Surf Office for your services
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in one or more of the following languages at a native level: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Greek or Italian

Our groups range from 10-400 people all over the globe. Our expert team of retreat planners help manage these group bookings and guide them through our unique planning process to execution of a successful event.
We are looking for a reliable, resourceful and flexible company retreats event planner/executive to join our team of remote retreat facilitators.
Job responsibilities:
Manage the retreat planning flow from start (when a new deal is confirmed) to finish (when the group checks out of their accommodation)
Keep all retreat planning details under wraps (hotel booking, invoicing between vendors and and the client, booking team building activities etc)
Use our unique retreat planning dashboard to communicate with the client and the vendors and keep things updated
Update and improve on our tools and processes. We are scaling at a fast pace, and iterating as we go along. Youโll need to be able to both keep up with and contribute to the growth of the company.
Job requirements:
Fluent English
Tech savvy (we use a lot of solutions like Coda and Airtable to power our work and help us scale and streamline processes)
Event planning experience
Self-starter and responsible (we have a pretty flat hierarchy and you will be in charge of managing your own workload)
Although full time, this is a contractor position, so you must be able to invoice the company for your services
