Structure should reasonably mitigate incorrect submission of time data through the regular, real time review of employee timesheet entries.\n\nResponsible for review of program EACs with Project Control Analysts and Program Managers. The goal of a FPGA Firmware Design Engineer at Wisk is to ensure that all FPGA Firmware on the aircraft is designed using DO-254 processes to ensure safe flight for everyone. The Client is looking for innovative Entry Level Hardware Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers to help us build state-of-the-art platforms. This rotational program is designed to develop new employees, and prepare them for a future with Clients. This is accomplished by providing work assignments and networking opportunities that expose them to different, interfacing roles in critical and emerging business areas. In parallel, the engineers develop business acumen, strategic technical skills, relationships, and excellence that grow as they progress through the program. The result is an employee that is prepared to fit directly into a variety of roles, quickly add value and move the company forward. This program requires a two-year commitment and consists of four 6-month rotations developing hardware within the Product Engineering organization as part of our TRACK (Technical Rotation and Career Knowledge) program.

Hardware Engineers (Mechanical/Electrical): Physical and electronic components and systems for our existing and future vehicles.

Remote Vacations Booking Agent

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Vacations Booking Agent. As a Vacations Agent, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
  • Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
  • Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
  • Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations
  • Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints
  • Create promotional materials to utilize
  • Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go
  • Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etcโ€ฆ)
  • Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
  • Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
  • Part Time or Full time
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
  • Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
  • *NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY*
