You will have direct responsibility to ensure that we remain best-in-class for this critical function, including, but not limited to, corporate allocation decisions, new partnership structuring decision-making, KPI reporting, partner reporting mediums, and managing scalable reconciliation processes.\n\n* Team Management: Oversee and inspire a ~15 person team across the US and Mexico to produce top-tier financial reporting while maximizing reconciliation efficiency to achieve greater economies of scale as Kasa continues to grow.\n\n* Tax and Audit Improvements: Ensure SOC and audit compliance as Kasa continues to grow across multiple jurisdictions, agreement types and with various investment partners.\n\n* Partner and Cross-Functional Management: Oversee multiple external partnerships with tax, audit, real estate and legal firms across a wide range of financial reporting-related projects, as well as mentorship of property general managers and financial reporting managers on best practices, frequencies, and approaches to property owner financial reporting. What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Vacations Booking Agent. As a Vacations Agent, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations
Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints
Create promotional materials to utilize
Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go
Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)
Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
Part Time or Full time
Requirements
Must be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
