Collaborate with L&P branches, Logistics offices and European service providers to execute shipments as required.
Develop an understanding and maintain documentation of L&P Branches / Suppliers and customers needs for shipping intra Europe and Internationally, including road freight, ocean freight, air freight, consolidation and deconsolidation needs and develop SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) to ensure that such needs are met.
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with internal branch’s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to Logistics activities.
Monitor performance of key external service providers. Communicate to management service failures and help develop action plans to correct for future shipments. Monitor implementation of process improvements.
Identify, evaluate & implement opportunities to leverage L&P volumes with current service providers utilizing multiple business units.
Coordinate project analysis, bids, etc. for existing business units with existing or potential service providers.
Assist with new service provider set ups through SOP’s and required service provider documents.
Collaborate with Business unit Purchasing & Sales departments and Logistics offices as necessary to meet customer requirements
Develop & Incorporate KPI’s to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement with freight forwarders, ocean carriers against benchmarks and service agreements to improve support for our business units. Report findings along with suggested improvement solutions on a quarterly basis.
Provide feedback updates regarding market details for air, ocean and intra Europe trucking to management & Business Units.
Work with Logistics systems, Accounting & other Logistics offices to ensure visibility & financial data integrity of shipments.
Report cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities to management.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education and training
5+ years’ experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including 2+ years in a management role
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience with Microsoft Suite applications.
Excellent organization skills, proven written and verbal communication skills.
You can read, write and speak English fluently.

La société P'tit Clown recherche un(e) commercial(e) export(e) pour développer notre clientèle internationale, particulièrement en Europe, sur les pays germanophones.
Nous sommes présents dans 26 pays dans le monde et nous possédons 4500 références produits. En parallèle de l'équipe commerciale française, vous aurez pour rôle de développer le CA réalisé en dehors de nos frontières.
Vos missions :
Participer à la construction de la "stratégie commerciale export" afin d'accélérer sur les pays ciblés. En fonction des pays, adapter le choix des produits, les techniques de ventes, les packagings, les prix. Sans oublier la participation à des salons, le recrutement d'agents commerciaux sur place et le connaissance de la législation sur chaque marché.
Fidéliser, conseiller et développer le CA sur la clientèle existante. Elle est composée de magasins spécialisés dans les articles de fêtes et de discounters. La société réalise à date plus de 10% de son CA global à l'export.
Prospecter pour augmenter le nombre de clients par téléphone, mails et via des rendez-vous physiques.
Lieu de travail :
En plus des déplacements à l'étranger pour rencontrer vos clients et prospects (au minimum 2 semaines par mois ). Possibilité d'une place en coworking sur Paris. Il vous arrivera de venir 2 à 3 fois par an au siège en Normandie pour échanger avec la direction.
Le reste du temps, vous pourrez travailler de chez vous.

Respecter les prix et marges déterminés
Remonter à la Direction commerciale les informations prix/produits sur la concurrence
Idées et benchmark de nouveaux produits à lancer
Tendances du marché
Informations diverses sur les concurrents
Servir de relai terrain pour notre service comptabilité lors de problèmes de règlements clients

Allemand bon niveau
Logiciels :
Microsoft Office (une bonne maîtrise d’Excel est indispensable)
La connaissance de SAGE est un plus
