About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Huddles may be used for engaging with your team, reviewing updates, or completing training.
Throughout the day coaches will complete scheduled outbound coaching calls, take inbound calls from members, and attempt various cold calls related to informing members about the program and encouraging enrollment along with reaching out after a missed appointment to reschedule or complete a call at that time. Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with the company for Health Coaching (50% inbound/50% outbound)
Encouraging employees to maintain healthy habits such as proper diet, tobacco reduction, proper exercise, etc.
Health coaches help employees reach their health and wellness goals
Members get points toward their accounts during this program (for reaching certain milestones/completing tasks) and can redeem these points for prizes that are available from the company they work with.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A REGULATORY ANALYST:
You will become an expert on the company's data platform.
Create regulatory reports and dashboards.
Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and other applicable stakeholders to deliver timely reporting that satisfies requirements.
Provide ad-hoc analysis as necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
A minimum of 1 year (professional, co-op and/or intern) of analytics experience, preferably in highly regulated field.
You have experience with SQL and tableau. Additional programming language experience is a plus.
Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing. Model building experience is a plus.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are detail-oriented.
You have a BS in Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Climate Equity & Disaster Relief: Climate change does not impact every community equally, and it is incumbent upon us to implement inclusive solutions that do not leave anyone behind. The GM Climate Equity Fund aims to help fund organizations that are closing the climate equity gap at the community level and across three key areas: sustainable jobs, access to sustainable transportation and community climate action.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting the Climate Equity and Disaster Relief program officer with various projects, including idea development for grantmaking strategy
Producing insights from grantmaking data leading to new ideas
Preparing emails and other correspondence as required
Reviewing and processing grant applications
Meeting with potential and existing nonprofits on behalf of GM
Researching potential nonprofit organizations that align with the fund strategy
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Environmental Sciences, Social Work or related field
Must be graduating between December 2023 and June 2025
Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
Able to work full-time - 40 hours per week during the summer months
Strong commitment to the fund’s vision and values with the ability to demonstrate that commitment in daily interactions.

Ability to work independently and with a team
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with a nonprofit organization as a volunteer or staff member
This role offers the following Work Appropriately strategies:
Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis.
The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4,250 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.
GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to each student selected for the 2023 Student Program.
