To learn more, visit www.cority.com.\n\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThis position is the initial point of contact for Corityโ€™s customers pertaining to any technical or functional issue with our product suite/environment.  They liaise with multiple Tier 2 groups to resolve customer cases.   They must gain product knowledge through training and exposure to the application. Note, this role has a Native French speaking requirement.\n\n\n\n PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n* Assist clients to resolve technical problems with the use, installation and configuration of the Cority Product Suite.\n* Document/Update all support cases within the Customer Support software application(s). Assign case IDโ€™s to all customer support calls or emails, and communicate these to clients. Monitor all open cases, and ensure that each client is updated on the progress of their case.\n* Assign technical problems that cannot be resolved by help desk staff to Tier 2 Support Teams (Programming, Development, etcโ€ฆ). Follow up as needed with internal staff to ensure issues are resolved.\n* Assign functional cases that cannot be resolved by help desk staff to the Tier 2 - Consulting Team (Success Team). Follow up as needed with internal staff to ensure issues are resolved.\n* Escalate any customer concerns to Management (Manager, Customer Support and - Director of Client Service Consulting)\n* Communicate issues to the Programming / R&D Teams to ensure that known bugs are identified and fixed in future releases of the core product\n* Assist R&D staff with testing of technical features (administrator, security, installation etc.) for the core application\n* Be aware of the company's information security requirements, including Immediately reporting all breaches in information security to the CSO (Chief Security Officer) and take whatever other actions may be required of him or her under the terms of ISO 27001 information security policies, Information Security Management System (ISMS) and other company security policies and procedures.\n* Be aware of and abide by all company policies and procedures (e.g. Employee Handbook).\n\n\n\n QUALIFICATIONS:\n* A graduate of a university program in computer science or a related program with equivalent work experience.\n* Must be a highly customer focused individual with excellent customer service skills.\n* Must have strong organizational skills.\n* Must have a comprehensive knowledge of system development life cycles and project management methodologies.\n* Must have the ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.\n* Must possess strong time management skills.\n* Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.\n* Must have excellent technical skills with knowledge of Windows IIS, SQL Server, Salesforce CRM, ActiveX Controls and Web Services.\n* Previous experience in the field of occupational health and safety is an asset\n* The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and will promote the same from their peers.\n* An ability to quickly pick up a technical understanding of solutions for customers.\n\n\n\n\n\nCority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. About The Opportunity


The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of projects including strategic analysis to support Lucidโ€™s KPIs, financial modeling, variance reporting, and ad hoc assignments. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A REGULATORY ANALYST:
  • You will become an expert on the company's data platform.
  • Create regulatory reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and other applicable stakeholders to deliver timely reporting that satisfies requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • A minimum of 1 year (professional, co-op and/or intern) of analytics experience, preferably in highly regulated field.
  • You have experience with SQL and tableau. Additional programming language experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing. Model building experience is a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are detail-oriented.
  • You have a BS in Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Internship Focus Area:
  • Climate Equity & Disaster Relief: Climate change does not impact every community equally, and it is incumbent upon us to implement inclusive solutions that do not leave anyone behind. The GM Climate Equity Fund aims to help fund organizations that are closing the climate equity gap at the community level and across three key areas: sustainable jobs, access to sustainable transportation and community climate action.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the Climate Equity and Disaster Relief program officer with various projects, including idea development for grantmaking strategy
  • Producing insights from grantmaking data leading to new ideas
  • Preparing emails and other correspondence as required

Basic Qualifications:

The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4,250 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.

This entails architecting solutions, project managing an implementation and consulting with customers so that they achieve their objectives and capitalize on the vast new possibilities in technical partnership with Unite Us\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\nBecome a product and domain expert, and share that expertise with customers\n\nManage the technical account management team who are servicing customers on all Unite Us products, providing consistent guidance and coaching\n\nDeeply understand the customersโ€™ business to help them understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the Unite Us Platform\n\nBecome a Trusted Advisor to your customers helping them to meet their business goals leveraging Unite Us technology\n\nTenaciously troubleshoot product issues and provide feedback to Product Management\n\nPartner closely with our Customer Success practice, including developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal resources to ensure a seamless technical implementation  \n\n\n\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\n\nAt least 7 or more years of experience in managing customers from technology perspective for SAAS product\n\nAt least 4 or more years of people management experience\n\nUnderstanding of technologies that include system integration with EMRs, Portals and other Enterprise workflow applications, single sign on, EMPI and data integration\n\nExperience managing enterprise customers in an evolving space \n\nStrategic mindset and ability to collaborate and share technical feedback as a super user with engineering and product teams to help guide and steer the product roadmap\n\nProven ability to consult clients: designing specifications, requirements and potential solutions creating win wins\n\nExperience in communicating timelines, understanding dependencies, and managing multiple project workstreams\n\nExperience in collaborating with teams across the organization to form a unified view to the customer\n\nExperience with large healthcare systems, payors, and/or human and social services is a plus\n\nExperience with a clientele who have complex Data requirements is a plus \n\n\n\n\nThe Unite Us Story:\n\nAs our co-founders transitioned from military to civilian life, they saw barriers and inefficiencies among their veteran community in trying to navigate the most basic health and social services.
