Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate effective relationship management skills in working collaboratively with project teams comprised of internal and external learning colleagues, subject matter experts, and business leaders
Educate new customers on technical product information and provide hands-on support to assist these customers during the introduction phase
Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer service with enthusiasm and flexibility
Leverage customer health monitoring tools to identify potential issues, and work with your customers to implement strategies for product success
Address client feedback and training questions received through training sessions or through other communication channels
Provide status updates on the timing, implementation, and success of all training activities on a regular basis
Develop new programs, including training materials, to align with business objectives, needs, and strategies
Create training participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support deliverables as requested or required to support learning solutions
Seek out the latest research and best practices, and identify key trends that will inform current and future learning programs

Are you a subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Primary Responsibilities
Staff education and competency validation
Provides/coordinates staff education and competency validation
Teaches classes for new and current employees; both 1:1 and small groups
Demonstrates skills as part of clinical education program; acts as clinical expert and resource
Validates employee competence
Maintains documentation for clinical education
Supports Optum New Mexico infection prevention and employee health programs
Coordinates adherence to Optum, state and federal requirements and standards
Completes Optum documentation requirements
Supports compliance assessments and audits; develops corrective action plans and follows-up to achieve and maintain compliance
Supports clinical compliance and quality programs
Project Management
Coordinates clinical projects, takes responsibility for project tracking and analysis
Assists in onboarding and clinic preparation for new acquisitions

Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Certification or License in a Medical profession
2+ years of experience in clinical setting
Basic level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40. The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4,250 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.
GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to each student selected for the 2023 Student Program.

Create and execute our operations strategy with measurable goals to drive scalable systems, practices, policies, processes, and training

Be an integral part of the success of the team – You will be responsible for preparing and self-reviewing journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting principles. You will also perform peer reviews of journal entries and reconciliation providing feedback and coaching of new in career partners.
Participates in cross-functional teams – You will participate in collaborative projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the department.
