95% of this opportunity will be done remotely. Leads funnel through from our website to our CRM. We know from data that leads that are followed up within 5 minutes have a much higher chance of booking, so contacting new leads right away and being responsive through the entire sales process is always a high priority. Ensuring the client has everything they need and their event is a success from beginning to end is a big part of the day to day operations.
