We are looking for a talentedย Junior/mid-level Game Developerย to join our growing Studio team.

Location: Full remote. The candidate must beย within +/- 2hours of CET time zone.
What you will be doing:
As a Game Developer, you will work as part of a small and autonomous game development team. You will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued.
You will be reporting to an experienced Tech Director who will mainly focus on mentoring you and supporting your growth plan.
You will contribute to the full development life cycle of new games for our platform. You will be involved in all phases: conceptualisation, design, development, testing, and release.
What we are looking for:
Game development experience:ย
For Junior candidates:ย minimum 1 professional game development projects (ideally Unity), ideally F2P game
For Mid-level candidates:ย 3-5 years of experience as a game developer (mostly Unity)
Knowledge of the Unity Engine and C#, willing to learn more languages and engines.
Knowledge of memory constraints on mobile (especially Android).
Knowledge of the constraints of Online games.
Self-motivation: autonomous & working capabilities.
Communication & Team work: Good communication and organisation skills, team spirit, proactivity. Be able to interact at different stages of an asset production, from conception to implementation and animation
Desire to learn.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

If you’re up for a challenge, then we’d love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\n\n* Responsible for billable client consulting that includes the maintenance and continued enhancement of the back end of our clients' web sites and web applications\n\n* Gathering customer requirements, architect solutions, and assign work to teams of .Net developers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers working closely with the Project Manager\n\n* Owning the technical vision for the software solution you lead\n\n* Leading a small team of junior and senior developers who are working on several projects simultaneously\n\n* Actively driving and executing code reviews\n\n* Building packages and deploying software to integration environments\n\n* Fielding technical questions from clients, other developers, project managers, quality assurance engineers, and other colleagues\n\n* Providing development estimates for enhancement requests\n\n* R & D coding/spikes, implementing 3rd party APIs, creating new features, and resolving bugs in the project codebase\n\n* Researching new software development concepts, and making suggestions for process improvements\n\n\n\n\nMust Haves\n\n\n* 2+ years of experience with marketing and web Content Management Systems (CMS) – preferably systems like Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity, or similar\n\n* 2+ years of Team Lead or Lead Developer experience\n\n* 5+ years of implementing software architectures of your design\n\n* 2+ years of cloud-based deployments preferable Azure or AWS\n\n* 8+ years of .NET/ASP.NET development experience using C# like Microsoft MVC, WCF, Web API, and WebForms\n\n* 5+ years of experience with object-oriented design, software patterns, debugging and refactoring\n\n* 3+ years of JavaScript experience\n\n* 3+ Development Operations (DevOps) experience: servers, databases, websites, certs, load balancers, networking, continuous integration and build automation (using tools like Azure DevOps, Team City, or Jenkins)\n\n* Experience in an Agile / Lean development environment, e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, LESS, Kanban\n\n* Experience with MSSQL Server + T-SQL, backups, creating tables, stored procedures, and data views\n\n* Understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS, Mercurial or SVN) and code flow processes (branching, pull requests, features, tags, etc.)\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills for extracting customer requirements and acceptance criteria\n\n* Be organized and able to manage several work streams with different priorities\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-Haves\n\n\n* Experience troubleshooting of CSS and HTML issues\n\n* Experience resolving cross-browser compatibility issues\n\n* Experience with responsive and mobile website development\n\n* Experience working on projects with third party vendors and independent contractors\n\n* Experience working at in an agency environment\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, computer or electronics engineering, information technology or related disciplines preferred\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
