From calendar management and travel planning, to coordinating team meetings and events, you will be responsible for making sure the leaders are using their time in the most efficient way possible. \n\nAs Administrative Assistant you will partner with your senior leaders, collaborate closely with the Affirm Executive Support Team, and be a valuable team specialist and individual contributor.\nWhat Youโll Do \n\n\n* Support two senior leaders with their respective administrative needs\n\n* Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and prevention and mitigation of any conflict between existing meetings\n\n* Meeting preparation (such as calendar event creation, drafting an agenda, creating slide decks, and communicating with meeting attendees in advance of meetings)\n\n* Attend select meetings to track action items and follow up with meeting attendees on action items\n\n* Event coordination, including team operations for team building events, partner meetings, and working onsite/offsite meetings\n\n* Partner with the Executive Support team to coordinate needs across the wider Affirm team\n\n* Additional administrative functions such as submitting expense reports, travel coordination, preparation of documents and presentations (using Google Suite and Microsoft Office), and ad-hoc special projects\n\n* Assist in managing invoices & purchase orders, and partner with leadership and finance to track and analyze departmental budgets and expenses\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For \n\n\n* 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience\n\n* Ability to work independently as well as across various teams\n\n* Experience at a rapidly growing company, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment\n\n* Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and expense management and travel management softwares\n\n* Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment\n\n* Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically\n\n* Highly organized and resourceful, able to juggle and multi-task, with acute attention to detail and follow through\n\n* Ability to travel 2-4 times a year for team and company meetings and events\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nPay Grade - CAN27\n\nEmployees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.\n\nCAN base pay range per year: \n\nMin: $80,100\n\nMid: $96,100\n\nMax: $112,200\n\n \n\n#LI-Remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
