Cosmetics. The role will use data and analytics to identify business opportunities & drive growth for the company. This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Huddles may be used for engaging with your team, reviewing updates, or completing training.

Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with the company for Health Coaching (50% inbound/50% outbound)

Health coaches help employees reach their health and wellness goals
Members get points toward their accounts during this program (for reaching certain milestones/completing tasks) and can redeem these points for prizes that are available from the company they work with.

Create and execute our operations strategy with measurable goals to drive scalable systems, practices, policies, processes, and training

About the Role & the Team
The Business Operations & Strategy team helps the company monitor performance, understand key business drivers and make data driven decisions to optimize operations and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and lead strategic analysis to answer key business questions, continually improve processes and optimize core business operations across all departments and levels of the company

As our European Supply Chain Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the supply chain efforts for our European branches. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by providing KPI’s back to the business leaders on their supply chain needs, including cost improvement metrics. So, what will you be doing as our European Supply Chain Manager?
Collaborate with L&P branches, Logistics offices and European service providers to execute shipments as required.
Develop an understanding and maintain documentation of L&P Branches / Suppliers and customers needs for shipping intra Europe and Internationally, including road freight, ocean freight, air freight, consolidation and deconsolidation needs and develop SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) to ensure that such needs are met.
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with internal branch’s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to Logistics activities.
Monitor performance of key external service providers. Communicate to management service failures and help develop action plans to correct for future shipments. Monitor implementation of process improvements.
Identify, evaluate & implement opportunities to leverage L&P volumes with current service providers utilizing multiple business units.
Coordinate project analysis, bids, etc. for existing business units with existing or potential service providers.
Assist with new service provider set ups through SOP’s and required service provider documents.
Collaborate with Business unit Purchasing & Sales departments and Logistics offices as necessary to meet customer requirements
Develop & Incorporate KPI’s to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement with freight forwarders, ocean carriers against benchmarks and service agreements to improve support for our business units. Report findings along with suggested improvement solutions on a quarterly basis.
Provide feedback updates regarding market details for air, ocean and intra Europe trucking to management & Business Units.
Work with Logistics systems, Accounting & other Logistics offices to ensure visibility & financial data integrity of shipments.
Report cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities to management.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education and training
5+ years’ experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including 2+ years in a management role
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience with Microsoft Suite applications.
Excellent organization skills, proven written and verbal communication skills.
You can read, write and speak English fluently.
Things we consider a plus:
3-4 years’ experience working directly with/for Freight Forwarders to support ocean & air shipments
Experience within a fast-paced Automotive industry, with the supply chain and inventory business objectives

Vos missions :
Participer à la construction de la "stratégie commerciale export" afin d'accélérer sur les pays ciblés. Sans oublier la participation à des salons, le recrutement d'agents commerciaux sur place et le connaissance de la législation sur chaque marché.
Fidéliser, conseiller et développer le CA sur la clientèle existante. Elle est composée de magasins spécialisés dans les articles de fêtes et de discounters. La société réalise à date plus de 10% de son CA global à l'export.
Prospecter pour augmenter le nombre de clients par téléphone, mails et via des rendez-vous physiques.
Lieu de travail :
En plus des déplacements à l'étranger pour rencontrer vos clients et prospects (au minimum 2 semaines par mois ). Possibilité d'une place en coworking sur Paris. Il vous arrivera de venir 2 à 3 fois par an au siège en Normandie pour échanger avec la direction.
