In this role, you will help lead the data analysis in support of novel biopharma and clinical assays at the forefront of cancer therapeutics. You will help define, build, and scale up Xilis’ patient-derived 3D model platform toward drug development and immuno-oncology applications. This role will be embedded within the scientific team at Xilis BV, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. As a founding member of the Netherlands data science team, you will be coordinating and working closely with the onsite laboratory staff as well as our existing international data science experts and will exert experimental design influences on the data you will be analyzing. As such the ideal candidate will have experience with driving data analytics independently, and also experience with cross-functional collaborations.  You will tackle some of the most interesting biological and technical questions related to functional precision cancer therapeutics. You will characterize 3D biological systems longitudinally using diverse technologies such as flow cytometry, -omics or brightfield/confocal microscopy experiments. The role will focus heavily on cross-functional collaboration, Salesforce configuration/customization, Zuora configuration/customization and internal business unit consulting.\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n· Collaborate with the Business Analysts and Application Analysts to validate business requirements, considerations (security, scalability, limits), and determine when to use declarative versus programmatic methods adhering to Salesforce and Zuora best practices.\n· Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in a scalable manner, to support business requirements as they relate to Zuora.\n·Design, configure and build customized solutions in Zuora CPQ and Billing\n·Maintain code documentation and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.\n·Perform technical support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications\n· Evaluate new products and services to judge their suitability for use\n· Preliminary research and investigation of software and technologies\n· Provide long term design guidance to ensure a healthy Salesforce environment in the future\n· Coach and mentor peers on Salesforce development best practices\n· Other duties as assigned\n\n\nRequired Experience:\n· University degree or College diploma\n· Salesforce Administrator certification\n· Salesforce Platform App Builder certification\n· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification\n· 5+ years experience as Salesforce Developer\n· Expert understanding of Salesforce.com Sales & Service Cloud key concepts, including: Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management & Case Management\n· CPQ & Billing, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics experience is a major asset\n· Salesforce Platform Developer II certification a major asset\n· Proven business process acumen\n· Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, and VisualForce\n· Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication\n· Collaborating across multiple internal teams\n· Demonstrating organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills\n· Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences\n· 3+ years experience developing Zuora\napplications and customizations\n· Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$125,000 - $145,000 a year\n\nWorking at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives.
