Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including clients and development teams, you will translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions that harness the latest advancements in technologies. \nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n\n* Applies common design patterns and best practices, drives coding standards, leads code reviews, and ensures engineering best practices across multiple projects.\n\n* Quickly identifies critical capabilities, gaps, and architectural roadblocks, and communicates them to the team while providing alternate approaches.\n\n* Can use the learnings and insights from POCs to help craft a proposed solution for a production implementation of the solution.\n\n* Drives architectural and systems design for the implementation of applications utilizing Modern AI technologies such as Generative AI for enterprise use-cases.\n\n* Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. \n\n* Design end-to-end architectures and solutions that are scalable, reliable, and efficient, considering factors such as data integration, model training, deployment, and monitoring.\n\n* Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and tools based on project requirements and constraints.\n\n* Create detailed architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation that articulate the proposed solutions.\n\n* Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance on best practices, system design, and implementation strategies.\n\n* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prototype, validate, and optimize models and algorithms.\n\n* Ensure that solutions adhere to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, security).\n\n* Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of components, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and performance goals.\n\n* Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the solutions domain, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends.\n\n\n\nWhat we’d like to see:\n\n\n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n* 3-4+ years of experience in an architect role or similar position, with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence and or data technologies.\n\n* In-depth knowledge of ML/ AI technologies such as LLM, NLP, computer vision, etc.\n\n* Experience working in the client service/agency/consultancy industry.\n\n* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with proficiency in data and ML frameworks / libraries (LangChain, Pandas, Numpy, and data analytics tools).\n\n* Clear understanding of AI techniques such as agents, RAG, semantic routing and caching.\n\n* Some experience with Neural Network implementations (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, Transformers, etc.) is a plus.\n\n* Strong understanding of enterprise systems and their integration with AI solutions.\n\n* Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with deploying ML/AI solutions in cloud environments, Gen AI is a plus.\n\n* Comfortable working with cloud based AI related services and 3rd party models (e.g., Vertex AI, Big Query, OpenAI, Vector databases, HuggingFace, Stable Diffusion).\n\n* Relevant certifications (e.g. AI/ML/Data certifications, cloud certifications) are a plus.\n\n* Excellent communication Skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with non-technical stakeholders.\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.\n\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n* Strong appreciation for design and user experience and its importance to the final delivered solution.\n\n\n\n\nAbout Huge\n\nHuge is a design and innovation company.
