Remote DevOps Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure, GitHub, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. In addition, the role may require providing backend development support (ASP.net, Python, and Golang) as needed. The ideal candidate should have a startup mentality and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. CI/CD Pipeline & Automation: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions Automate the deployment process to ensure smooth and efficient releases Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues to ensure high availability and performance
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud resources Implement best practices for cloud architecture and cost optimization
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Maintain and update incident response plans and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
Expertise in using git, Github, Azure, Azure Devops, & GCP Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Strong coding skills in at least one language (e.g., ASP.net, Golang, Python) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication skills
