This will enable low-trust access to Ethereum staking yield, which can be used as a core building block in various Web3 products.\n\n\nThe Network\n\n\nThe network can be best visualized as a work layer that sits directly on top of the base layer consensus. This work layer is designed to provide the base layer with more resiliency and decentralization as it scales. In this chapter of Ethereum, we will move on to the next great scaling challenge, which is stake centralization. Layers like Obol are critical to the long-term viability and resiliency of public networks, especially networks like Ethereum.\n\n\nObol as a layer is focused on scaling main chain staking by providing permissionless access to Distributed Validators. What you’ll be doing\n\n\nResearch recent web3 hacks and exploits, and create content (i.e., examples, twitter threads, videos and articles) covering how Forta could be used to stop the exploits along with internal analysis about how Forta could be improved to help with such hacks and exploits.\n\nDesign and prepare cutting edge educational content on Forta’s role in protecting the open economy aimed at technical and non-technical audiences in the community (such as web3 enthusiasts, Forta users, security experts, managers, or C-level executives).\n\nServe as an advisor to the top protocols (Forta’s users) in the space helping them understand and design their Forta agents at both a technical and non-technical level.\n\nParticipate and deliver talks and technical workshops, meet-ups and conferences, raising awareness on smart contract security and the value proposition of Forta’s products and services.\n\n\n\nIdeally, you have\n\n\nHands-on and practical experience in the following areas: software development, cyber security, data science, and machine learning.\n\nExperience with public Ethereum or other EVM-based blockchains.\n\nKnowledge in the Solidity programming language.\n\nIntellectual curiosity and the capability to learn complex topics.\n\nAbove average attention to detail skills.\n\nThe ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.\n\nAn advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).\n\nPassion about the blockchain space and decentralization.\n\nThe abilities needed to work collaboratively in a distributed team\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
