As a Product Manager, you will build easy-to-use and scalable product solutions to support business growth for customers and internal stakeholders alike.\n\nWe are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Product Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to provide elegant solutions that solve real business problems and delight users. You will gain a deep understanding of our platform, our payroll systems and our processes which you will use to assist in defining the overall vision, roadmap and strategy of the product.\n\n \n\nCore Responsibilities\n\n\n* Define and drive the product strategy and vision for your product based on good judgement combined with heavy user research, stakeholder interviews and analytics\n\n* Build and maintain a high-value, feature-rich product roadmap\n\n* Establish deep understanding of relationship between your product, various integrated products and system functionality/related business process(es)\n\n* Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and articulate use cases in order to define product requirements\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Support and Payroll Operations teams to gather and incorporate product feedback into the roadmap\n\n* Identify and diagnose issues, document assumptions and design solutions\n\n* Lead large-scale, cross-functional product initiatives including related system integrations\n\n* Prioritize and manage an agile backlog of product features and enhancements in a demanding and constantly changing environment\n\n* Work with the development team to ensure that all requirements are clearly communicated and understood through user stories/epics, PRDs, mockups, prototypes and other key artifacts\n\n* Work closely with UX Design team to provide direction for overall design and usability of the product to ensure a delightful user experience\n\n* Assist with user acceptance testing and provide clarification to aid in the resolution of defects/bugs\n\n* Assist Product Marketing and Sales teams in developing and supporting go-to-market strategies for new feature and product launches\n\n* Performs other related duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nKey Qualifications\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required\n\n* Product management experience with enterprise SaaS products\n\n* Experience with file and other asset management platforms strongly preferred\n\n* Effective at leading through influence across multiple competing stakeholder groups, with superior communication skills, both written and as a presenter\n\n* Ability to translate technical or analytics concepts for a business audience\n\n* Experience navigating and working with complex platform integrations\n\n* Technical familiarity and/or ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of asset management principles such as data indexing, OCR and cloud storage across variety of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)\n\n* Strong execution-focus and ability to create an actionable plan amongst a certain degree of ambiguity\n\n* Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills\n\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\n\n* Working knowledge of payroll, HR, accounting and entertainment industry highly preferred\n\n\n\n\n \n\nSpecial Work Conditions    \n\n\n* Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
