Remote UX Writer

Our work is inspired by our members’ journeys and our actions are focused on impact and results.\n\nThe opportunity:\n\nParsley Health is seeking a UX Writer for a four-week contract to help rewrite our saved replies for member messages to provide a more collaborative, supportive member experience.\n\nWhat you’ll do: \n\n\n* Reimagine automated customer service emails\n\n* Update and/or draft emails that will be sent as replies to customer inquiries and questions\n\n* Write grammatically correct and compelling copy\n\n* Ensure copy is in alignment with our brand voice and tone\n\n* Determine which kinds of member inquiries could use automated replies vs. those that need a customized response- and those that are both automated and customized.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll need: \n\n\n* At least one year of experience as a UX Writer\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-haves:\n\n\n* Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom\n\n\n\n\nParsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. \n\nThe hourly rate for this role is $60/hour, depending on skills and experience. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
