You'll focus on Group 3 and 5 aircraft, uniquely modified to tackle autonomous tasks, and will be responsible for operating these advanced systems for research and development. \n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n* Design our flight test strategy, informing designs, data capture and tools\n* Execute best in class ground and flight tests. \n* Develop and ensure standardized and safe flight test procedures are being followed\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n* Minimum ten (10) years of aviation experience \n* Minimum of 1,500 flight hours required \n* Secret Clearance required \n* Candidate must be able to organize and demonstrate effective oral and written communications and operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment \n* Candidate must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision \n* Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications \n* Candidate must be able to pass the physical and training qualification requirements to provide contract aircrew support, including an annual FAA Class II flight physical \n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n* Bachelor's Degree required and Engineering/Technical Degree preferred \n* A graduate of a full-length course of instruction from a recognized test pilot school (e.g., the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, Empire Test Pilot School, EPNER Test Pilot School, etc.) is preferred \n* Current aircraft qualification and recent experience with mission systems T&E techniques, concepts, principles, and practices preferred \n\n\n\n\n\n$129,897 - $194,845 a year\n\n#LI-JM1โฏ \n#LE \n\n\nTotal package details for U.S. based positions:\n - Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity \n - Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days\n of employment)\n - Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity\n\n\nTotal package details for International based positions (where applicable): \n - International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer \n allowance, equity, international benefits, visa assistance, and relocation assistance. \n\n\nSalary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
