We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Research & Development team.

Location: Entirely remote. The candidate must be based in Europe within +/- 2 hours of CET time zone.

Start date: As soon as possible

What you will be doing:

• Integrate new technologies in our platform
• Architecture and develop software
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Supervise video game porting projects
• Communicate with multiple teams
• Work on cloud based streaming solutions
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Adapt video games to our platform

What we are looking for:

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of compiled and interpreted languages. At Jam, we work primarily with Go, C, TypeScript, React
• Knowledge of OpenGL and GLES APIs
• Basic knowledge of Video Game development
• General Unix knowledge, shell, GNU tools, Makefiles, other build systems
• Good knowledge of Git
• Basic Android knowledge
• Basic Docker knowledge
