Join us in our mission to positively impact US cardiology.โฏ \n\nAbout the Job \n\nAs a Senior Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. Leveraging your expertise in business intelligence tools, healthcare data models, and healthcare information systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision-making within the healthcare organization. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, data visualization, and strong analytical skills. \n\nWhat youโll do: \n\n\nAnalyze and understand healthcare data sources, including electronic health records (EHR), claims data and other relevant datasets. \n\nDesign and implement healthcare data models that align with organizational goals and support various analytical initiatives \n\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement in healthcare operations. \n\nInterpret and translate complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. \n\nDesign and develop healthcare-focused business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. \n\nCreate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key healthcare metrics and performance indicators. \n\nEnsure the accuracy and reliability of reporting, collaborating with data engineers and IT teams for data validation and quality assurance. \n\nDevelop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration. \n\nCollaborate with data engineers and vendor engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability. \n\nPartner with healthcare professionals, executives, and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs. \n\nWork collaboratively with IT, data engineering, and other relevant departments to integrate data sources and ensure a cohesive data strategy. \n\nIdentify areas for performance improvement in healthcare processes through data analysis, providing recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. \n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address issues to drive continuous improvement. \n\nEnsure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA) in all data-related activities. \n\nCollaborate with compliance officers and legal teams to address any potential risks related to data usage. \n\nImplement data quality standards and ensure the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data. \n\nAdhere to data governance policies and best practices. \n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll need: \n\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics). \n\nMinimum of 6 years of relevant healthcare industry experience working in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data management role required. \n\nProven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer in the healthcare industry. \n\nStrong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. \n\nExperience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EHR systems. \n\nSolid understanding of database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes. \n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. \n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills. \n\nSelf-starter and entrepreneurial mindset \n\n\n\n\nWho you are: \n\n\nCommunicates Effectively.
