Build a foundation of investment, personal finance and stock trading knowledge. You will have to explain investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way. \n* Execute regular tasks for Clients including manual trades in collaboration with cross-functional partners across Wealthsimple\n* Identify operational improvements to improve productivity and efficiency for trading processes\n* Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our back-office to deliver an exceptional service to our clients\n* Build training materials and information to share with other Client Success teams in the organization\n* Participate in strong feedback loops in a meaningful way as we launch new Product features\n* Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset (read/write/speak)\n\n\n\nWe are looking for people who:\n* Has industry Experience with 2 or more years of investment industry experience as an Investment Representative or similar\n* Want to make a difference.
