It's common to write code and have it running in production just a few hours later. If you work for us, you will make an impact, immediately. \n\nAdBlock is seeking software engineers to join our engineering team that are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute in a number of areas. You can help create web applications that reach millions of people, build high volume servers and be a part of a team that’s reaching tens of millions of AdBlock users.\n\nWhat You Will Do: \n\n\n* Develop new web-based tools and applications to support AdBlock's continued growth as an extension, and as a family of services\n\n* Maintain and improve the getadblock.com website by writing clean, well-documented code\n\n* Create and execute QA scripts, test plans, and testing frameworks for popular desktop extensions and the AdBlock website viewed by tens of millions of people\n\n* Work with design, business development, and customer support to help solve complex user and partner-related product questions\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n\n* Motivated, intellectually curious, and ready to contribute in multiple areas on a small team\n\n* Ability to pick up new programming languages, frameworks and APIs quickly\n\n* High levels of creativity and solid problem-solving abilities\n\n* Preferred: Python, PHP, or Node.js experience\n\n* Preferred: HTML, Javascript, and CSS experience\n\n* Preferred: Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience or an online portfolio (e.g., GitHub)\n\n* Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization in the United States.\n\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in applying, please send resumes and links to your work to [email protected].
