\nWe have 3 full time developers and have completed the MVP. We gained 60 enterprise customers in the last 3 quarters with no marketing. We are already operational cash flow positive and need 1 more team member that can help us accelerate and scale even more quickly.\n\nEquity is generous, and we will reward those who contribute above and beyond.\n\nFriends and family angel funding only - don't expect to need a series A to reach our goals.\n\n1. Python, Django, Docker, ELK, Amazon Web Services (lots of AWS) \n2. Mobile App development – if you want to get into it \n3. You will also be involved in a “Security Analyst” job – perhaps about 5-7 hours a week. Primarily being on calls when every other timezone is asleep. Of course we will make sure you get trained. \n4. Incredible amount of agility – absolutely required. There is no technology marriage – we use whatever is good for the task at hand. We tend to be python oriented, but that’s only inertia. \n5. You are always able to change something if you don’t like it – but don’t get to complain. If you don’t like something fix it \n6. Customer conversations – whenever you want. You don’t have to hide in a cubicle. Preference is working in the Plano office (121/Tollway), but remote is OK for the right candidate. \n7.
