We encourage everyone to apply.\n\nSummary:\n\nResponsible for analyzing, researching and processing incoming chargebacks through the billing platform.\n\n*THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION*\n\nJob Detail\n\n\nPerforms Credit Card chargebacks resolution to ensure timely, accurate, and effective processing of fraud and dispute claims.\n\nProvides evidence when merchants ‘request for information’ before it becomes a chargeback\n\nProvides in-depth research and investigation into transactions of frauds or dispute claims, and provide evidence/documentation to support the investigation\n\nEnsures adherence and deadlines are met for all claims \n\nAbility to escalate issues to supervisors \n\nThis is not a customer facing role, but will require a lot of cross team collaboration, analytical skills, and prior administrative experience\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to work accurately with billing transactions \n\nClerical, technical, and administrative experience \n\nAbility to communicate effectively with all forms of communication in a professional manner (phone, chat, email)\n\nProficiency in Windows or macOS screenshot programs, office, and Adobe reader\n\nMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nPunctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required\n\nAbility to speak, read, and write professionally in English\n\nMust be flexible with working hours.
